It happened on 21st day of March 1813, in front of Us, the priest, parson of Zieluń parish, serving as Civil Registrar for Zieluń commune, in the department of Płock, voivodeship and municipality of Mława, appeared: Stanisław Oryl, farmer from Raczyny, located in the commune of Lubowidz and Jan Przepęda, farmer from Żarnówka and they informed Us, that on 19th day of the current month and year, at 6 p.m., died Teresa Krawcowicz, wife of Wawrzyniec Krawcowicz, 75 years old and that she died in the house number 3.
After the document was read the declarants did not signed with Uss this death record, because they were illiterate.

It happened on 26th day of March 1824, in front of Us, the priest, parson of Lubowidz parish, serving as Civil Registrar for Lubowidz commune, in the county of Mława, in the department of Płock, appeared: Stanisław Oryl, 36 years old, farmer from Raczyny and Jan Bexa, 40 years old, farmer from Siemcichy, deceased's sons-in-law and they informed Us, that on 25th day of March of the current year, at 8 a.m., died Wawrzyniec Krawcowicz, widower, 70 years old, laborer from Raczyny, who lived in the manor house's cottage number 18.
This death act was read to the declarants and was signed by Us only, because the declarants were illiterate.
