Hello,
I am searching for birth/marriage or death records for areas Sokal and Horbków or Horbkiv.
Surnames Duniec, Mikolow, Terlecki, Berezowski and Ostapczuk
Years 1885 - 1925
Can anyone assist by telling me where to look for any information?
Stephan Mikolow married first Stephania (uncertain on last name - perhaps Berezowski ) between 1904-1907
Stepahnia was born about 1884-1885 in Sokal
Marya Berezowski married Duniec 1910-1915
Marya Berezowski was born in Horbków (or Sokal) 1893-1895 - Mother Alexandra Ostapczuk father Kasimir Berezowsky
Marya also had three children Duniec born in Horbków, John, Mike and Anne
This is all I know,
Any help would be appreciated,

Horbków laying 6,5 km from Sokal probably belonged to its parish. Have you checked microfilms from Sokal parishes (greek orthodox and roman catholic) at Family History Center Library?

Dear Ms. Yvette, metric data on the village of Horbkiv from the period you are interested in can be found only in the archive, in Lviv (Ukraine) https://tsdial.archives.gov.ua/index10.html. This follows from the fund's handbook №201 (description 4a) https://tsdial.archives.gov.ua/pdf/F.%2 ... 4%20a.pdf, cases №№. 8498 and 8572.
 
These documents were added relatively recently and therefore were not photographed by Mormons and may not have been digitized at all and are only available in the reading room of the archive. But you can contact the archive, maybe the archive staff will search for the information you need. Just keep in mind that now the pandemic and most likely the archive is not working in full.

FS udostępniło wyszukiwarkę zdjęć, które nie zostały jeszcze skatalogowane, stąd ich brak w katalogu.
Aby wyszukać gr-kat zasób wystarczy w wyszukiwarce w polu słowo kluczowe wpisać numer sprawy. Obecnie dużo ich nie ma. |
