Hello,
Could someone please help to translate this record? I believe it should be for Stanislaw Kowalczyk, born 1866 in Gacyska, Baranowo parish to Jozef Kowalczyk and Rozalia Zduniak. He first married Marianna Tabaka, who died in 1908, shortly before this marriage. I want to make sure it's the same Stanislaw, as I have believe evidence he came to the US later.

It happened in the village Baranowo on the 18th day of February (2nd day of March) 1908 at 4 p.m. We make it known that in the presence of the witnesses: Piotr Tabaka, 40 years old, farmer living in Gaczyska and Walenty Orzoł, 40 years old, farmer living in Jastrząbka there was concluded on this day religious marriage between:
Stanisław Kowalczyk, widower, son of late Józef Kowalczyk and late Rozalia Kowalczyk nee Duńczyk, spouses Kowalczyk, born and living in Gaczyska, farmer, 41 years old
and
Marcjanna Mydło, a miss, daughter of farmers Józef Mydło and Katarzyna Mydło nee Tabaka, born and living with her parents in Jastrząbka, 27 years old.
The marriage was preceded by 2 banns announced in Baranowo parish church on: 10/23 February, 17 February/1 March of the current year.
Płock Diocesian Authorities gave release from the third announcement on the 24th day of February of the current year, number 487.
Newlyweds informed they didnt make premarital agreement.
Wedding ceremony celebrated by undersigned priest.
This act was read aloud to the illiterate newlyweds and witnesses and signed only by Us.
Baranowo parish administrator signature, serving as civil registrar, priest Ludwik Sokolik. |
