1/14.09.1912 in Tuczna, in the presence of witnesses Milan Lewczuk, 40, and Prokop Sadowski, 43, both farmers from Piszczac Jakub Melanowicz, 40, son Of Antoni and Marianna born Chimicz (?) stated that as a bachelor he entered religious catholic union on 2/ 14.10.1892 in Austrian city of Waren(?) with Agafia Lewkowicz, 37, maiden, born and living in Piszczac, daughter of Jan and Apolonia born Aleksandrowicz. With this act the mentioned Jakub Melanowicz claimed children: Jan, born on 5/ 12.06.1895, Agata born on 6/18.05.1893, Marcela 8/20.08.1899, Teodor, born on 7/20.02.1903, Bronisław born on 18.09/ 1.10.1907 to be legitimately born and with the rights of legitimate children.
