this is the birth record of my great-grandfather Jozef Zera/Zyra from Orzolek:

there are two main groups of Polish surnames:
- different version for man and woman - for example Wiśniewski/Wiśniewska, Nowicki/Nowacka - when surname for man ends with "ski" or "cki" then surname for woman ends with "ska" or "ski"
- the same version for man and woman - for example Zera/Zyra (but in the past there where different endings for wifes or daughters such as Zerowa/Zyrowa or Zerówna/Zyrówna, Nowakowa or Nowakówna.

thank you so much.
Especially for explanation of the two main groups of Polish surnames. My mother Eva (Ewa, age 85) told me that she was called "Zyrowa" by Polish children in her German home village. She is so surprised by results of research in Geneteka database and thanks you too. We made a donation for Geneteka.
The age of 92 years of decedent Marianna Zerowa in 1845 is unbelievable isnt it?

that's right the age of 92 for a decedent was unusual in those years but you should know that the age was given approximately so the decedent might be even 10 years younger or older.
