It happened in Zgierz on the 30th of July at 2 p.m.
Edward Zachert, tenant of the government weal, resident of Szczawin, 32 years old, presented himself in the presence of August Somij, factory manager, 2..2? years old and Jan Samuel Schmitt, teacher, 32 years old, both of them residents of Zgierz; and showed us a female baby born on the 16th of April at 3 a.m in Warsaw (Warszawa) where he formerly lived. The mother of the child is Ludwika née Witkowska, 29 years old now. During today’s baptism the child was given names ,,Joanna Józefa’’. Godparents were Józef Smoliński and Bertha Zachert. Declaring parent points out the reason of delayed baptism and says that the child was born during domestic/home (meaning national) ...?

It happened in Zgierz on 30.07.1834 at 3 p.m. Edward Zachert, tenant of the government weal, resident of Szczawin, 32 years old, appeared in the presence of August Somija/Somya/Samya , manager, 26 years old and Jan Samuel Schmitt, teacher, 32 years old both of them residents of Zgierz; and showed us a female baby, born on 16.04.1833 at 3 a.m in Warsaw, where Edward Zachert formerly lived. The mother was Ludwika née Witkowska, 29 years old now. During today’s baptism the child was given names: Ludwika Paulina. Godparents were: Karól Tuszyński i Maryanna Smolińska. As it comes to the delayed baptism, the father didn’t give me any cause of it.
