Hi,
I'm trying to translate a post WW2 document related to my grandfather who was born in Poland.
I'm adding the pictures of what i managed to get so far and I would appreciate any help i can get.

That is probably correct as this is his brother's name.
Also according to this https://collections.yadvashem.org/en/names/9246008 his brother lived after the war in Bohemia,Czechoslovakia.
