Hello,
we found this forum by searching for the names of some of our ancestors, e.g., Peter JASTAK (born 09.09.1954, Cekzyn, baptized on 10.09.1854, emigrated to Stevens Point, Wisconsin, US) & Andreas OSSOWSKI (daughter: Margaretha Ossowski *1853).
Unfortunately, I do not speak Polish and can only understand some of the texts in this forum using google Translate  . As most of the dates I have are based on old transcripts + some data found in copies from the Mormons, it would be great to get into contact with people investigating these and sharing our findings.
I'll write to some of the posters directly, but if you happen to investigate these persons, it would be great if you could contact me directly (I speak German, English, bits of French everything else only through online translators ) |
